Your Heavenly Father wants to comfort you today, wrapping His loving arms around you and holding you close to His heart. Will you let Him?
Even for Christians, it’s often very painful when a loved one dies. Yet we can be comforted that a day of resurrection is coming. We can look ahead confidently to a day when we will be reunited with all those who have gone before us to be with the Lord.
God wants to bring you through this dark valley to a new day of hope and peace. As we pray, reach out your hands and ask Him for the comfort and healing you need.
Heavenly Father, You’ve promised to be with those who have a broken heart. You are with us through all the dark valleys of life, offering us Your comfort and hope. Although we’re sad about the loss of this loved one, we look forward to a day when we’ll be reunited with them in Your Heavenly Kingdom. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
